Conceptualizing in the transformation process --- I didn't think highly about MCM bags as compared to a Hermes Birkin; but my interest in MCM was aroused after my recent trip to China. These pricey bags with signature spikes have become one of the must-have to globe-trotting young Chinese and Koreans. However, it was the transformation story behind MCM that inspires confidence in businesses struggling to survive in today's VUCA world. The power of vision to not only turnaround a failing business but to conquer the world. I am glad that I made the trip.
